The IFBA is a fantastic organization headquartered in Ottawa. The One Marketing team was initially engaged to collaborate with the Federation's global marketing committee. We interviewed every member of the marketing committee, performed secondary market research and facilitated a group marketing review and planning session. All involved agreed that the first order of business should be a new web site. It naturally had to be mobile and social media friendly, but it also had to factor in the content needs of member countries like Mexico, Kenya and those from the Asian Pacific. To date the services provided to IFBA include: stakeholder engagement exercises, marketing planning, group facilitation, web site planning, web architecture, creative design and website development (WordPress). We now turn our attention to IFBA's video needs!
